Kattama is a traditional Kyrgyz flatbread and Kattama is a part of UNESCO world heritage as a Flatbread making and sharing culture.
About two hours’ drive from Bishkek city, on the way from Bishkek to Chon Kemin, there is a famous road lined with Kattama restaurants.
There are more than 10 Kattama restaurants lined up, and almost everyone who passes by takes a break here to have Kattama and hot milk tea made with water boiled in a samovar using firewood
There are also toilets and parking lots, and most of the restaurants are open from 9am to 10pm.
